Polaris Leaders Program
Polaris, the North Star, symbolizes the program鈥檚 goal: to help senior leaders across the 自慰视频 System navigate complexity with clarity, consistency, and purpose. The Polaris Leaders Program supports the development of strategic leadership capabilities while preparing participants for future executive roles and organizational succession.
The program will consist of a variety of topics within four areas: leadership intensives, coaching and reflection, experiential learning, and network development. Those in the Polaris Leaders Program will engage with advanced leadership theory and practice, collaborating across divisions while aligning leadership growth with mission impact.
Candidates for the program are nominated by each university鈥檚 executive leadership team. They have been identified as individuals with high potential and have a likelihood of continued advancement in their field.
