×ÔοÊÓÆµ Regents to Convene for Special-Called Meeting

The  is composed of nine members appointed by the governor, as well as a student regent.

Throughout the history of the ×ÔοÊÓÆµ System, the board has been composed of distinguished and dedicated Texans who have been strong advocates of excellence in academic and patient care programs, meaningful scientific research and responsible public service.

The ×ÔοÊÓÆµ (×ÔοÊÓÆµ System) Board of Regents will meet via video conference at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday (Sept. 4) for a special-called meeting. 

Regents will meet to discuss naming Brandon Creighton as the sole finalist for the position of chancellor and chief executive officer of the ×ÔοÊÓÆµ. 

Meeting materials and a livestream of the meeting will be available online. There will be no media availability at this meeting.
